Baking entrepreneur Brooke Bellamy has made her public debut with her newborn daughter, Colette, during a family outing at a park in Brisbane on October 27, 2025. This marks the first time the cult cookie maker has been seen publicly since giving birth last month.

In April 2025, Nagi Maehashi, the founder of RecipeTin Eats, accused Brooke of plagiarizing her caramel slice and baklava recipes in her best-selling cookbook, Bake With Brooki. “While all of these recipes are personal to me, I cannot say that I have invented the cookies, cupcakes, brownies or cakes in the recipe book. They are all inspired from somewhere and someone before me,” Brooke stated in a video.
