Police Seek Public Help in Daylight Van Theft in Walsall

West Midlands Police has launched an appeal for information following the theft of a van in Walsall during daylight hours. The incident occurred on March 2, 2024, around 1:40 PM, on Valley Road in the Bloxwich area.

Police have released two close-up CCTV images of a man they wish to identify in connection with the theft. The individual is described as white, with curly brown hair, and is clean-shaven. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a light-coloured Under Armour jacket.

In an effort to gather leads, a spokesperson for West Midlands Police stated, “Do you recognize this person? We would like to speak to him following the theft of a van in Valley Road, Walsall.” They emphasized the importance of public assistance in resolving this case.

Anyone who recognizes the man or has information about the incident is encouraged to contact the police by calling 101 and quoting the crime number 20/165048/26. Alternatively, individuals can report information anonymously to Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111.
