Local Leader Criticizes €9.5 Million Lighting Project in Nikšić

Boris Muratović, the president of the Nikšić Municipal Committee of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), released a video on September 29, 2025, that showcased the project’s shortcomings. Muratović emphasized the financial implications of the project, stating that the municipality had paid a staggering €882 for each lightbulb, a record he characterized as the worst investment in Nikšić’s history.
