Highland Business Women Awards 2025 Celebrate Female Entrepreneurs

The Highland Business Women Awards 2025 celebrated the achievements of female entrepreneurs on the evening of March 15, 2025, at the Kingsmills Hotel. Sponsored by SJ Highland Construction, the event marked a significant milestone as it recognized the contributions of women in business during its 30th anniversary.
The awards ceremony acknowledged outstanding individuals and organizations across various sectors, highlighting the commitment and resilience of women in the Highlands. This year’s winners reflect the diversity and innovation present in the business community.
Recognizing Excellence in Business
Among the notable winners, Hat Hire Highlands received the title of New Business of the Year, sponsored by Business Gateway Highlands. This award underscores the entrepreneurial spirit and the potential of startups in the region.
The Highland Sustainable Enterprise Award went to Turas Hotels, sponsored by Serimax, recognizing their commitment to sustainable practices in the hospitality industry. The Team of the Year award was presented to Sarah Jane Befriending and Assistance, sponsored by Partners&, for their exceptional teamwork and community impact.
The evening also honored Hannah Webster, who was named Young Businesswoman of the Year, sponsored by the Springfield Group. Her dedication to fostering growth and innovation in her field was highlighted as an inspiring example for future generations of female leaders.
Outstanding Contributions and Inspiration
The Thriving Through Challenges Award, sponsored by Highlife Highland, was awarded to My Primary & Secondary Tutor, acknowledging their exceptional ability to adapt and thrive in changing circumstances. In the charitable sector, RASASH was recognized as the Charitable Organisation of the Year, sponsored by Stagecoach, for their impactful work in supporting survivors of sexual violence.
The Individual Team Contributor Excellence Award, sponsored by Dolphin Spirit, was presented to Cath Coleman, celebrating her outstanding contributions to her team and the wider community. Additionally, Victoria Erasmus was honored as the Woman of Inspiration, sponsored by D&H Law, for her motivational leadership and influence.
Finally, the prestigious title of Businesswoman of the Year went to Keighly Perry, sponsored by Specsavers, recognizing her exceptional achievements and leadership within her industry.
