Hamas Official Signals Ceasefire’s Future Depends on Israel’s Actions

A senior Hamas official has stated that the continuation of the ceasefire is contingent upon Israel fulfilling its commitments. Hossam Badran, a member of Hamas’ political bureau, emphasized to AFP that without compliance from Israel, the second phase of the ceasefire cannot be effectively implemented.
