Vlahović Criticizes Bečić Over Police Handling of Zeta Incident

Former Montenegrin Minister of Foreign Affairs, Miodrag Vlahović, has publicly rebuked current political leader Aleksa Bečić for his comments regarding the police response to recent events in Zeta. Vlahović labeled Bečić a “coward” for claiming that there was no direct involvement by police in the situation.

Vlahović’s strong criticism centers on what he perceives as insufficient accountability from the government. He further questioned whether the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) should revive its previously abandoned initiative to call for an interpellation of Bečić. “This would not harm the European agenda, we hope,” he remarked, emphasizing the need for accountability.
