Niksic Proposes Memorial for Poet Vitomir Vito Nikolic

The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation (MPNI) in Montenegro has initiated a proposal to the Niksic Municipality for the establishment of a memorial in honor of poet **Vitomir Vito Nikolic**.
