New Skin Investment Clinic Launches Advanced Acne Treatments

A new dermatology clinic, the Skin Investment Clinic, will open this month in Surrey, focusing on advanced treatments for skin conditions, particularly acne. Located at the Hampton Estate, between Guildford and Farnham, the clinic aims to provide specialist support for patients of all ages.
Founded by skin health expert Holly Mason, who hails from Tilford, the clinic is designed to foster a “patient-first environment.” Its mission includes assisting teenagers and their parents in navigating acne challenges. A representative from the clinic stated, “Acne sufferers—teens and adults alike—find the impact goes far beyond the skin itself; affecting confidence, social life, and even daily activities.”
According to a study conducted by the clinic in partnership with Luna, a health and wellness app tailored for teens, nearly one in three adolescents report that acne prevents them from attending school. Furthermore, around 70 percent of respondents indicated that acne significantly impacts their daily lives.
Comprehensive Acne Care Offered
The Skin Investment Clinic adopts both medical and holistic approaches to acne treatment. Research by the NHS indicates that approximately 95 percent of individuals aged 11 to 30 experience acne to varying degrees. With the start of the school term approaching, the need for effective treatment options becomes increasingly pressing, as 32 percent of young people have reported that skin concerns deter them from attending classes.
The new facility boasts a dedicated minor surgery theatre for dermatological procedures, alongside state-of-the-art laser technology for advanced skin treatments. Additionally, it features two clinic rooms and offers a range of services, including skin cancer and mole evaluations, minor surgery for benign skin lesions, skin tags, and warts, as well as treatment for chronic and inflammatory skin conditions. The clinic’s acne treatment programs combine medical, nutritional, and lifestyle support, in addition to aesthetic and cosmetic procedures.
Expansion and Accessibility
Previously operating in the Tilford area, the new site represents an expansion into a larger, upgraded facility. The Skin Investment Clinic also maintains clinics in Harley Street in London, Stockbridge in Hampshire, and Marlborough in Wiltshire. This expansion reflects a growing recognition of the importance of accessible, safe, and effective skincare solutions for young people and adults alike.
With its innovative approach and dedicated team, the Skin Investment Clinic is poised to make a significant impact on the lives of those affected by acne and related skin conditions.
