Mum Transforms Health, Losing Nearly Seven Stone Without Jabs

Becki Bradburn, a mother of two from Bournemouth, has achieved a remarkable transformation, shedding almost seven stone and dropping from a size 20 to a size 10 without the use of weight-loss injections. Her journey began when she discovered that she was borderline diabetic, prompting a significant shift in her lifestyle and eating habits.
For years, Becki struggled with her weight, often falling into a cycle of yo-yo dieting. She described her relationship with food as obsessive, noting, “From the moment I woke up, I’d be planning my next meal, watching the clock, and almost obsessing over when I could eat again.” This mindset carried into adulthood, leading to challenges with self-image and health.
The turning point came when Becki, influenced by her father’s diagnosis of type 2 diabetes, decided to check her own blood sugar levels. The result was alarming, indicating she was at risk. This revelation, combined with high cholesterol levels, motivated her to take control of her health. “I want to be fit and strong not only for my children but, one day, hopefully, to still be running around after grandchildren,” she expressed.
Structured Lifestyle Changes Drive Results
In March 2024, Becki embarked on a strict program designed to reshape her relationship with food. The initial month focused on detoxification, eliminating carbohydrates, sugar, and dairy, while incorporating supplements to help manage her appetite. After just 12 weeks, she had lost over 2st, gaining essential knowledge about nutrition, protein, and balance along the way.
Following her initial success, Becki began tracking her calorie intake, maintaining a deficit, and integrating regular Pilates sessions and daily step goals of 10,000 steps. She also introduced Oriflame Wellosophy Metabo Boost supplements, which she credits for reducing her obsession with food and allowing her to focus on nourishing her body.
By combining consistent daily movement, mindful eating, and addressing her mental relationship with food, Becki continued to lose weight. She is now 6st 10lbs lighter than her peak weight of 17st 3lbs. “I feel amazing,” she stated. “I have so much more energy, I feel proud of what I’ve achieved, and I’m excited about where I’m heading.”
A Journey of Commitment and Change
Becki emphasized that her weight-loss journey is rooted in hard work and dedication, rather than quick fixes. “It’s a lifestyle, a journey, and a commitment to my future self and my family,” she explained. The process has involved making healthier choices and maintaining an active lifestyle.
She believes that with the right tools and mindset, others can also achieve their health goals. “If my story inspires even one person to believe that change is possible, then it’s worth sharing,” she concluded. Becki is now just one stone away from her ultimate goal, feeling more empowered than ever before.
