He’s massively into fitness, so his evening meals look very different to what you’d find on MasterChef,” she shared.

Heaton’s cooking style reflects her busy lifestyle. “I like to make things like oats and yoghurts and berries and stuff, because I don’t have a lot of time to cook actual food for myself,” she explained. She does, however, enjoy preparing pasta dishes, albeit infrequently. “If I was going to spend time on something, it would be a bit of pasta and seafood, but that’s about once a year!”

Despite her busy schedule, Heaton has a particular fondness for fish, specifically sashimi, which she identifies as her favorite food to enjoy. When asked about her ultimate comfort food, she enthusiastically declared, “Anything sugary is great comfort food. I love anything sweet.”
