Crnogorski Telekom Celebrates 100,000 Users of Magenta Moments Program

Crnogorski Telekom has reached a significant milestone with over 100,000 active users participating in its Magenta Moments program. This initiative offers a variety of rewards, including exclusive trips, discounts, and international benefits, making it one of the most appealing loyalty programs in Montenegro.

Since its launch, Magenta Moments has witnessed impressive engagement, with users redeeming more than 1 million coupons. The program is designed not only to reward users but also to create unique experiences, such as VIP travel opportunities and exciting contests. A notable component of last year’s activities was the humanitarian campaign “I ti budi Deda Mraz,” which successfully provided 2,000 holiday packages for children from socially vulnerable families across Montenegro.

According to Nataša Jauković, the project manager for Magenta Moments, the program has positioned itself as one of the most attractive loyalty schemes in Montenegro. “Since the beginning of the year, over 450,000 coupons have been activated. Users have redeemed more than 1 million vouchers for benefits in shopping, entertainment, food, drink, and travel,” she stated, emphasizing the program’s success.

In a move to enhance user experience, Crnogorski Telekom has partnered with Perplexity AI, a global leader in artificial intelligence. This collaboration has enabled the company to reward 20,000 users of the program with an annual license for the Perplexity Pro assistant, valued at €233 per user.

Jovana Milović, the chief specialist for digital services development at Crnogorski Telekom, noted that Magenta Moments represents a shift in customer engagement. “We are moving from traditional loyalty rewards to an interactive program that actively involves users,” she explained.

As the year draws to a close, Crnogorski Telekom plans to unveil a series of attractive rewards and activities. One highlight is the chance for Magenta Moments users to win tickets to a concert by Katy Perry in Lyon, scheduled for November 7, 2025. The prize includes round-trip flights, airport transfers, and a night’s accommodation at a four-star hotel, with the contest running from September 29 to October 5.
