Sarah Ferguson’s Six Companies Set for Dissolution After Epstein Revelations

Six companies linked to Sarah Ferguson, the ex-wife of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, are set to be dissolved following the release of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein. According to records from Companies House, applications to strike off each of the six companies were submitted in light of new revelations about Ferguson’s contacts with the convicted financier.

The companies affected include S Phoenix Events, Fergie’s Farm, La Luna Investments, Solamoon Ltd, Philanthrapreneur Ltd, and Planet Partners Productions Ltd. Notably, Ferguson was the sole director of all these companies, which have not maintained a significant public profile. The filings to dissolve the companies came after the release of millions of documents by US authorities, shedding light on Ferguson’s past interactions with Epstein.

In the documents unveiled last month, Ferguson appeared to make a personal overture to Epstein, stating, “I am at your service. Just marry me.” This was part of an email exchange dated September 21, 2011, in which she congratulated Epstein on the birth of a child, despite claiming they had lost touch. She expressed her feelings of hurt over their friendship, suggesting that Epstein had only been interested in her connection to Andrew.

Many of these communications occurred after Epstein’s 2008 conviction for soliciting prostitution from a minor, raising questions about Ferguson’s judgement during that period.

According to the UK Government’s website, dissolving a company is a method to close down a business that has not traded in the past three months. The move to wind down these companies follows a tumultuous period for Ferguson, who officially changed her title from Sarah Duchess of York to Sarah Margaret Ferguson after losing her courtesy royal divorcee title late last year.

Additionally, in light of the renewed scrutiny regarding her past, Ferguson’s charity, Sarah’s Trust, announced it would also cease operations “for the foreseeable future.”

A representative for the former duchess has been approached for comment on these developments. The situation highlights the ongoing fallout from the Epstein files, as former associates grapple with the implications of their past relationships with the financier.
