Police Seek Public Assistance to Locate Missing Woman

Authorities have issued a public appeal to locate Kelly, a woman who has been missing since November 12, 2023. She was reported missing in the Witcombe area, located near Gloucester, on November 14. As of now, her whereabouts remain unknown.

Kelly is described as a white female, standing at approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall, with a medium build. She has shoulder-length, mousey brown hair, which may be styled in a ponytail. The police believe she could be in the surrounding areas, including Coopers Hill, Cranham, or Birdlip.
