Podgorica Celebrates the Legacy of Smak with New Monograph Launch

A new monograph detailing the influential music group **Smak** was launched on the evening of October 20, 2023, at the **Narodna biblioteka „Radosav Ljumović”** in **Podgorica**. Authored by **Ksenija Đerković**, the publication provides an in-depth exploration of the band’s journey and creative output from its inception in **1971** to the present day.

The event featured a speech by Đerković, who is not only a journalist and archivist but also the daughter of **Smak**’s drummer, **Slobodan Stojanović Kepe**. Joining her on stage was **Jovan Pantić**, the lead vocalist of **Smak plus**, who shared insights about the band’s enduring legacy.

A highlight of the evening was an impressive performance by **Vuk Peruničić**, an eight-year-old boy from Podgorica.
