Free Transport from Podgorica to Kolasin Ski Resort Starts January 15

The Tourist Organization of Podgorica, in collaboration with the National Tourist Organization of Montenegro and the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro, has announced a new initiative to enhance winter tourism. Starting from January 15, 2024, free transport will be provided from Podgorica to the Kolasin Ski Resort, known as Kolasin 1600, every Tuesday and Thursday for the next two months.

Organized departures will begin at 08:00 from the vicinity of the Hotel Podgorica, located on Svetlana Kane Radević Street. This initiative aims to offer both tourists and local residents easier access to the ski facilities, thereby improving the overall experience during the winter season.

In addition to complimentary transport, all users of this service will receive a discount on their ski passes. This effort reflects a broader strategy to boost the winter tourism season and generate positive outcomes for local businesses and the economy. Interested individuals can register for the service by contacting the designated phone number, 067 088 572, at least one day prior to their planned departure. This line is available on weekdays from 08:00 to 16:00.

The announcement highlights that minors will receive a 20 percent discount on their ski passes, although they must be accompanied by an adult to utilize the transport service. All users are reminded that they will be responsible for their own insurance during the trip.
