To create this delectable cake, you will need the following ingredients for the base: 150 grams of crushed biscuits and 90 grams of melted butter. For the creamy filling, gather 200 milliliters of heavy cream, one tablespoon of vanilla extract, 200 grams of white chocolate, 50 grams of powdered whipped cream, three yolks, and four tablespoons of sugar.
Begin by mixing the melted butter with the crushed biscuits until well combined. Transfer this mixture into a 20-centimeter round cake pan, pressing down lightly to create an even layer at the bottom. Place the pan in the refrigerator to allow the base to firm up while preparing the filling.
Next, separate the yolks from the egg whites. Whisk the yolks together with the sugar and cook the mixture over a gentle steam for about ten minutes until it thickens. Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in the white chocolate until completely melted. Allow this mixture to cool.
In a separate bowl, combine the heavy cream with the vanilla extract and whip until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered whipped cream and whip again until combined. Since the egg and chocolate mixture will be dense, gradually fold it into the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
