Second Round of Professional Training Program Concludes Successfully
The second round of the Professional Training Program for university graduates has concluded, offering new employment opportunities to previously registered participants. A total of **313** graduates who did not secure an employer in the initial round were eligible to choose from **10,969** available job positions. The Ministry of Education announced these developments, highlighting the program’s ongoing efforts to enhance workforce readiness.
Following an electronic matching process between employers and candidates, based on average grades and selected preferences, **41 individuals** were successfully paired with employers for their practical training. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between academic qualifications and real-world job experience, essential for entering the competitive job market.
In the current cycle, the program advertised approximately **13,000** job openings. Overall, **2,344** university graduates applied for the Professional Training Program, and **2,072** of them have been selected to undergo training starting in **January 2026**. This selection reflects the program’s commitment to connecting skilled graduates with industry needs, thereby enhancing their employability.
The Ministry has made available a table that details the connections between employers and participants after the second round. This resource is accessible online for those interested in reviewing the placements made through the program.
The Professional Training Program continues to play a crucial role in supporting graduates as they transition from education to employment, ultimately contributing to a more skilled and capable workforce.
