Farnham Cricket Club delivered an impressive performance, defeating Chertsey Cricket Club by 57 runs in a recent match. Batting first, Farnham set a formidable target of 276 runs for three wickets in their allotted 50 overs, showcasing their strength across the batting lineup.
Leading the charge was James Berry, who remained unbeaten at 96 runs. His innings was complemented by a steady contribution from Tom Flack, who scored 73 runs. The opening partnership was further bolstered by Saqib Mehmood, who provided a solid foundation with a contribution of 59 runs, while fellow opener Andy Cullen added a gritty 26 runs to help set the tone for a competitive total.
