Greggs, known for its grab-and-go offerings such as baked goods and sandwiches, boasts over 2,600 stores across the United Kingdom. Despite the vast array of choices, the ex-employee took to Reddit to highlight their personal aversion to a specific item: the Chicken Bake.

In their post, the former worker invited questions about their experiences at Greggs, stating, “Used to work at Greggs ask me anything now I don’t care because I quit (I’m bored [laughing emojis]).” When asked which item they would avoid, they responded, “Just personal preference I’d say chicken bakes. I’ve pretty much tried all the bakes apart from the regional based items and some of the sandwiches.”

The bakery chain prides itself on its workforce, stating that it employs more than 33,000 individuals across its locations. A recent job posting for a Team Member at Greggs indicates that employees in this role earn £12.41 per hour, or £10.53 per hour for those under 18.
