Glasgow chef and broadcaster Julie Lin has officially stepped down from her roles as head chef and director of the acclaimed restaurant GaGa. This decision marks a significant transition for both Lin and the establishment, which was recognised with a Bib Gourmand distinction earlier this year at the Michelin Guide ceremony for its unique fusion of Malaysian and Scottish flavours.

Located on Dumbarton Road, GaGa began as a street food stall at SWG3 during the pandemic. Lin’s innovative approach captured the attention of food enthusiasts, leading to the rapid growth of the stall into a successful restaurant.
