A German national has been fined €2,000 for driving under the influence of cocaine. The individual, identified as B.S. (2006), was found guilty in a rapid court proceeding, as confirmed by Marko Đukanović, the President of the Misdemeanor Court in Budva.

The incident occurred on November 1, 2025, at approximately 01:20 on a local road in Ulcinj. After determining that B.S. had operated a vehicle while under the influence of a narcotic substance, the court imposed the fine immediately following the verdict.

In addition to the financial penalty, Judge Anka Rašović also issued a protective measure that bans the defendant from driving for a duration of four months. This ruling underscores the strict enforcement of road safety regulations in the region, particularly concerning drug use and driving.

Authorities continue to emphasize the importance of responsible driving to ensure public safety.
