Liam and Noel Gallagher, the iconic brothers of the band Oasis, are preparing for their highly anticipated concerts at Croke Park in Dublin by checking into different luxurious five-star hotels. The shows, taking place on March 16 and 17, 2024, have already sold out, generating excitement among fans worldwide.

Noel Gallagher has opted for the lavish Carton House hotel, located in Maynooth, County Kildare, while his brother Liam will be staying at the Powerscourt Hotel in Wicklow, arriving on the morning of their first performance. Both siblings travelled separately to their accommodations, with Noel arriving at Dublin Airport’s VIP lounge on Friday afternoon around 15:00.

Oasis guitarist Paul Arthurs, known as Bonehead, along with band members Gem Archer and Joey Waronker, have chosen the Merrion Hotel in the heart of Dublin for their stay. According to reports from the Irish Mirror, there is substantial security surrounding both Liam and Noel, with a convoy of approximately 20 cars ensuring their safe transport throughout Ireland.

Luxury Accommodations for the Gallagher Brothers

The Carton House hotel boasts an impressive history, once serving as the ancestral home of the Earls of Kildare and the Dukes of Leinster. Situated just 25 minutes from Dublin, the estate features beautifully landscaped gardens and expansive grounds covering 1,100 acres. Guests can expect to pay from €450 per night for accommodations, which have previously welcomed celebrities like Queen Victoria and Mick Jagger.

In contrast, the Powerscourt Hotel offers a range of pricing, with deluxe rooms starting from €240, escalating to €1,200 for a Powerscourt Suite, depending on the season. The hotel has hosted numerous celebrities, including Ariana Grande and Jackie Kennedy Onassis, and has served as a backdrop for various films and television series.

Fans Flock to Dublin for the Concerts

As the Gallagher brothers prepare for their performances, Dublin is buzzing with anticipation. Fans have travelled from across the globe, with some making the journey from as far as Brazil, Canada, and Sweden. The Oasis pop-up shop has attracted dedicated followers, who queued for up to an hour to purchase memorabilia ahead of the concerts.

Married couple John and Leigh-Anne Donovan plan to attend both nights at Croke Park. John shared that he first encountered Oasis music at the age of 14, while Leigh-Anne recalled her own early experiences with the band. Their shared passion for Oasis played a significant role in their relationship.

Another enthusiastic fan, Brazil native Isabella Cometti, has flown to Dublin with her father specifically to see the band perform. “I became captivated by their music when I was 14 years old,” she explained. The excitement surrounding the concerts is palpable, with fans eagerly sharing their experiences and memories related to Oasis.

Meanwhile, in a lighter moment, Bonehead shared images on social media of the band enjoying a break at Killiney Beach. On Thursday, he posted a photo of himself and Joey Waronker swimming in the Irish Sea, capturing the spirit of relaxation before the high-energy performances begin.
