The film, which hails from South Africa, stars Masali Baduza, known for her role in the popular series Bridgerton, as Amahle Philliso, an ambitious nursing trainee. The plot centers around Ovee Sityebi, portrayed by Ntobeko Sishi, the son of a billionaire.
