This change may also bring attention to andropause, a phase in men’s lives characterized by a gradual decline in testosterone levels, similar to menopause in women.

Stene explained the implications of declining testosterone, noting its significant impact on overall health, including fitness and mental well-being. As men navigate these changes, the intersection of mental health and physical health becomes increasingly important.
