Shelby, a 27-year-old from Bolton, was last seen in Bolton town centre on the afternoon of October 18, 2023, around 14:00. According to police reports, Shelby was last spotted on Manchester Road, where she was wearing black trousers and a black and blue jacket. She is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall, with a ponytail.
