“I had someone knock at my door at 12:30 last night. I texted my brother about it, and he was like, ‘Oh my God, please be careful,’” Phillips shared. She described how she saw him through her Ring doorbell as he insisted he only wanted to say hello.

This incident is not an isolated one for Phillips; she has faced similar situations before, which have increasingly concerned her family. “My brother suggested I publicly name the man on social media to deter others,” she noted, reflecting on her brother’s belief that raising awareness could prevent future occurrences. “He thought it would stop people from doing it.
