Waterman Relocates Birmingham Office to Support Expansion

An environmental and engineering consultancy, Waterman, has officially relocated its Birmingham team to a new office space at 60 Church Street. The move, which took place within the city’s business district, shifts the firm from its previous location on Cornwall Street. This change is part of Waterman’s strategy to bolster its presence and support ongoing projects in the Midlands.
Waterman is known for its involvement in high-profile projects, including significant developments such as the Bullring shopping centre and the Dudley bus interchange. The firm has collaborated with major clients like Aviva and Legal & General, providing essential consultancy services across various sectors.
Investment in Local Growth
The relocation is indicative of Waterman’s commitment to expanding its operations in the region. Chief Executive Neil Humphrey stated, “Our relocation to Church Street reflects our continued expansion in the Midlands.” He emphasized that the new premises offer an ideal base for the team to enhance support for local projects, both for existing and new clients.
Humphrey further noted that this move aligns with Waterman’s ongoing investment in the area, stating, “We are looking forward to continuing to support the growth of the region.” The firm’s decision to transition to a new office demonstrates a proactive approach to meeting the demands of its clients and adapting to the evolving business landscape in Birmingham.
The new office is expected to facilitate improved collaboration among team members and enhance the company’s ability to engage with clients. With the firm’s established reputation and deep-rooted connections within the local community, this move positions Waterman to contribute further to the development of significant projects in Birmingham and beyond.
As Birmingham continues to grow as a hub for business and investment, Waterman’s strategic relocation highlights the consultancy’s dedication to playing a pivotal role in the region’s infrastructure and environmental initiatives.
