Woman Maintains 9-Stone Weight Loss After Mounjaro, Shares Tips

Initially, she shed 4 stones before starting Mounjaro, and during her six months on the medication, she achieved an additional weight loss of 5 stones. Her journey has resonated with many, evidenced by her viral video that has garnered over 1.3 million views.
Having ceased her use of Mounjaro for more than a month and a half, Baylee admits the transition has been challenging. “It definitely is a lot harder being off the medication than on it,” she stated. Despite this, she emphasizes that maintaining her weight is “not completely unmanageable.”

After discontinuing Mounjaro, she experienced the return of physical hunger, which she learned to manage. “I wake up in the morning and I feel physical hunger in my belly that can be easily subsided with a glass of water, with a coffee, with a protein shake,” she detailed. While she remains cautious about the potential for weight regain, she finds motivation in the thought of needing a larger wardrobe, stating, “I literally cannot afford to put on weight again.”
