The detained individuals, identified as Vladimir Ulama, 32, and Igor Tomašević, 28, were sought under international warrants issued by Interpol’s National Central Bureau in Podgorica. This action follows months of meticulous planning and coordination between law enforcement agencies from both countries.

According to the Police Directorate of Montenegro, the arrest was executed based on direct information provided by the Criminal Police Directorate of Serbia, in collaboration with the Security and Intelligence Agency of Montenegro.
