MTEL Launches Holiday Promotions with Free Data and Services

Montenegro’s leading telecommunications provider, MTEL, has announced an array of holiday promotions aimed at enhancing connectivity and communication for its customers. Starting December 5, 2025, the company will gift 500 GB of internet data to all prepaid, postpaid, and business users in Montenegro and the Western Balkans region. This initiative is part of MTEL’s commitment to celebrating the festive season with its loyal clientele.

Customers with existing postpaid plans can utilize up to 250 GB within the Western Balkans for activities such as video calls and streaming. The activation of this complimentary internet package, which remains valid for 15 days, can be easily completed through the Moj m:tel app during the promotion period from December 5, 2025, to January 15, 2026.

In addition to the internet gift, MTEL has introduced a special discount on its annual roaming service. From December 5, 2025, to January 31, 2026, customers can purchase the First Class Ticket for just 29.90 euros. This ticket allows unlimited incoming and outgoing calls to mobile and fixed networks in Serbia, alongside unlimited SMS messages and mobile internet access, all while roaming on the mt:s network until the end of 2026.

Enhanced Roaming and Entertainment Options

To further enrich the holiday experience, MTEL is offering a promotional price on its 15-day Data Roaming Ticket. From December 15, 2025, to January 15, 2026, users can activate this ticket, which includes 9 GB of data, for only 9.90 euros, significantly reduced from the standard price of 19.90 euros. This offer is available for all MTEL prepaid, postpaid, and business customers. Purchases can be made through the Moj m:tel app, by dialing *105#, or by contacting customer service at 1600.

MTEL is also spreading holiday cheer by unlocking TV channels for all customers with cable and m:SAT TV packages from December 5, 2025, to January 15, 2026. This promotion does not include premium add-on packages such as HBO Premium. Customers wishing to activate HBO Premium for free during this period can do so by calling customer service at 1600.

Furthermore, the MOVE video library will be accessible with a variety of popular series and films during the same promotional window. For fans of local content, the TS Media video club offers over 5,000 titles and 2,000 hours of carefully curated series, movies, documentaries, music, podcasts, and children’s shows available free of charge until January 15, 2026.
