Rambo Amadeus, the renowned Montenegrin musician, has unveiled his latest single titled “Može li jedan selfie” (Can One Selfie) during a concert promotion on December 20, 2023, at the Dom sindikata in Belgrade. The song explores the complexities of contemporary selfie culture, addressing the emotional toll it takes on individuals in today’s society.

In a candid post on his official Facebook page, Rambo expressed his views on the ramifications of the selfie phenomenon. He described how this practice can be exhausting and distracting, leading to a loss of personal dignity. Rambo articulated this conflict, stating it places him in a challenging position: “Should I comply and feel like an object, or refuse and carry the guilt of being ‘rude?’” This inner turmoil inspired the creation of the track, which he refers to as an “artistic reaction” to his frustrations.
