When asked how much he would require to step into the ring with Joshua, Poulter replied, “I wouldn’t get in the ring with Anthony Joshua for any amount of money.” His statement highlights the inherent risks of boxing, emphasizing that personal health and safety outweigh financial incentives.

Hearn indicated that if plans proceed as discussed, Joshua could face Fury in 2026.

“We spoke with him in London this week. Everything that we do with Anthony Joshua will be in accordance with and under the guidance of Turki Al-Sheikh. He has given us amazing opportunities,” Hearn stated.

While Hearn remains optimistic about the potential fight, he acknowledged the uncertainty surrounding the deal with Fury, emphasizing that discussions are ongoing. “Is the fight made? No, because I don’t know where he’s at with Tyson Fury. All I know is he’s yet to fail in delivering a fight,” he added.
