Seeking Help After Trauma: A Survivor’s Journey to Healing

She highlighted that reporting such incidents can be a daunting step, especially when survivors fear not being believed. “It isn’t fair, and it’s going to feel horrible for a while,” she acknowledged, encouraging the individual to prioritize their healing journey.
