Police Investigate Death of Woman in Newtownabbey, No Murder Charge

Police in Newtownabbey are investigating the death of a woman, identified locally as Mary McAdorey, but do not currently suspect foul play. A 40-year-old man who was arrested in connection with her death has been released on bail pending further inquiries.

Phillips confirmed that, following a post-mortem examination, the woman’s death is not being treated as murder at this time. He emphasized that inquiries are ongoing to establish the exact circumstances surrounding her passing.
